Example of results obtained of other clients of the Company may be used as a marketing tool and shown for demonstrative purposes only and should not be construed as indicating any promised results or level of results. Individual results will vary and your result will depend on your effort, motivation level, discipline, and individual capacity. Please understand that you play an active role in the successful outcome of your transformation. You must be motivated to change and follow through with the process. The Company has taken due care and attention with the information provided in both private and group sessions hosted by the Company and the information is given in good faith. The information given is not intended to constitute medical advice. Always consult your physician before changing medications and when evaluating treatment alternatives.

The information, techniques, methods, and recommendations by the Company are not intended as a substitute for the diagnosis and care of a qualified Physician or General Practitioner. Epileptics should not enter hypnosis or anyone diagnosed as having a psychotic illness. If you use hypnosis or any other therapies and are under medical care for ANY condition do not make ANY adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt you should seek your Physician’s advice.

Before taking part in your hypnotherapy session(s) or any other therapies, please ensure the following:

1. That you do not suffer from epilepsy.

2. That you are not diagnosed as having a psychotic illness.

3. That you will be free from the influence of drugs or alcohol during the course of your session.

4. That the environment around you is safe and will remain distraction-free.

5. That you consent to our virtual session with the use of both camera and audio.

6. That you provide me with a phone number or other means of communication to contact you within the case of a technology failure.

Refund

No refunds. We have a no 'refund policy’, as such no refunds will be granted at any time for any reason.

The Company takes privacy precautions very seriously. We are aware of the various possible threats to your privacy and security while using the internet. You are not required to provide any personal information to access our non-subscriber areas of StopAvoidingYourself.com. To access our 'subscribers only' or 'members only' content and services (such as members pages, e-mail list, group chats, group sessions, and online learning platform, etc.) you may be asked to submit your name, email address, and or login name and password in order to grant you access to specific content and or services you signed up for. Any information you provide the Company through an online order form is transferred to us by Stripe, a secure payment processing platform. StopAvoidingYourself.com does not share, rent, or sell your name or personal information to anyone. The Company will not add your email our email list prior to your permission. If you subscribe to our email list and later wish to be removed, you may unsubscribe at anytime. Only authorized employees and software have access to any information you submit and it is used to disseminate and maintain StopAvoidingYourself.com emails, content, tools, and database. To protect your privacy, all data is kept strictly confidential and will abide by Canadian Privacy laws both Federally governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Provincially for Alberta governed by the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Both Acts govern the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. The Company does not monitor or review any content of other party's websites which are linked to from StopAvoidingYourself.com. The opinions expressed or material appearing on such websites are not necessarily shared or endorsed by StopAvoidingYourselself.com and we should not be regarded as the publisher of such opinions or material. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. We encourage you to be aware when you are leaving our site and to read the privacy statements of the other party's sites. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality as your inherent right and we must insist that you respect the confidentiality of the Company and the other fellow clients and members of the Company (collectively “Confidential Information”). You agree to not infringe on the Company’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or any other intellectual property rights. Any confidential information shared by other clients or members of the Company, whether written or oral, is deemed confidential and you agree not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner except in discussion with the client or member who discloses it during group sessions. All material and information share by the Company is confidential and intellectual property and thus proprietary and belongs solely and exclusively to the Company and you may only use such information in the manner authorized by the Company. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, reselling, and or redistributing any of the material and information provided by the Company and other fellow clients and members of the Company. You agree that if you infringe, or display any likelihood of infringing, any of the terms contained in this paragraph, or in this Agreement in its entirety, the Company and or other clients and members of the Company will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such infringements to protect against the harm of such infringements.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that the courts of the Province of Alberta shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes or claims, of these Terms.
